Honda CBR 600 RR was developed from and inspired by the Honda RC211V MotoGP bike. The similar physical appearance of the CBR 600RR and RC211V was intentional. Below MotoGP bike technologies were made available for the first time in a production motorcycle such as the suspension of the Pro-Link rear unit fuel injection and dual-stage (PGM-DSFI).
Both were taken directly from Honda MotoGP bike. The RR, or a replica of the race, the suffix was added to highlight the characteristics of the races as an advanced tilting system strengthened, central exhaust and more aggressive riding position. The 2003 model has a 2004 technical changes, with the sole addition of an oxygen sensor and new combinations of colors.
The Honda CBR 600RR is a 599 cc (36. 6 cu in) sport motorcycle that was introduced by Honda in 2003 as a replica version of Honda CBR motorcycle race series CBRFx. They won the World Supersport Championship each title from 2002 to 2008.
